Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read through the following policies and procedures:
Shipping Methods
We are pleased to offer fast and reliable shipping options to our customers. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the day of purchase. However, processing times may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered.
When your order has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation note will be sent to the email address provided in connection with your purchase. If you have not received this confirmation within 72 hours, please contact our customer support.
*Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please note that expected delivery times may vary depending on product availability for items on sale. Local delays may also occur depending on your country of residence. If an item is out of stock, due to be delivered later than expected, or due to any unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email.
International duties and/or taxes
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
Shipping country/region
We can ship to the US, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Korea, the UK, Thailand, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Spain, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Hungary.
Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges outside the US/Canada.
Change delivery address
Please get in touch with customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment.
If an order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes to your provided delivery information. In the event of changes/updates to your address, it would be best to contact the concerned shipping carrier.
Tracking number
After order placement, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. The tracking number will be sent via a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. You can also track your order from ‘Track Order’. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing the shipment status.
Late delivery
In the event of a late delivery, 7or9 will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays.
Package lost
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
