General Returns&Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your 7or9 purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and if the item is eligible for return, please promptly return it within 30 days.
1. For a return to be accepted, it must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. For non-quality issues, we only allow one exchange per order.
2. All items are inspected on return. ln order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition you received them.
3. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange, and we may have to send it back to you (at your cost). We highly recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.
4. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
5. We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs and do not accept Cash on Delivery. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.
6. Please be aware that we can only accept returns for items that have been submitted and processed first. Moreover, we kindly ask you to send your return package exclusively to the address provided by 7or9. Any returns sent to a different address will not be accepted, and we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
7. We assure you that all our products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your foot size and referring to our size chart before placing an order.
- Note: We will provide the return address after we approve your return request. You can choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us. Please let us know via email to support@7or9.com with your order number and tracking number. (Please note that without tracking information, we may not be able to process your refund in time.) We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that quality control will be completed within 3 days of receiving the product. We always do our best to ensure that your refund reaches you on time and without delay. In case of a delay in the refund, please contact customer support at support@7or9.com.
PayPal refunds: 3 business days.
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
Exchange
Exchange items are shipped within 3 business days when the returned item is in the warehouse. Please note that we cannot guarantee inventory for exchange items until the corresponding return is sent back. In order to minimize the chance of your exchange item selling out prior to shipment, we recommend returning the item as quickly as possible.
Postage:
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please send us an email attached with a clear photo of the item so that we can verify the issue. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team (support@7or9.com).
Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.
