Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read through the following policies and procedures:
General Return Policy
1. For a return to be accepted, it must be sent back within 30 days and received by us in its original, unchanged condition.
2. All items are inspected on return. ln order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition you received them.
3. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). We highly recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.
4. FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
5. We do not cover return shipping costs and do not accept paid-on-delivery.
Warehouse Quality Control:
Our returned products undergo rigorous quality control, we'll complete the quality control within 3 days.
Refunds:
Once the return is processed and accepted, we will give you a refund by way of your original payment method. We always do our best to ensure that your refund reaches you on time and without delay. In case of a delay in the refund please contact our customer support at support@7or9.com
PayPal refunds: 3 business days.
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges:
Once the return is processed and accepted, It will take up to 3 business days for us to arrange the reshipment for you.
Postage:
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please send us an email attached with a clear photo of the item so that we can verify the issue. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.
