Can I return my product?
7or9 accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
The cost of return shipping varies based on your location.
We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for orders from United States (except Alaska & Hawaii).

How do I make a return?
Send an email support@7or9.com to obtain an RMA Number, quoting your name, order number. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Once you have your unique RMA Number, call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have tags removed?
- You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
When will I get my refunds?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to process. We’ll send an email once the returned item has been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive the refund in your original form of payment deducting the shipping fee if any.
Please note:A $10 original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.((Whether your order includes shipping fee or not)
Duties and taxes are non-refundable if any.
Important notice:
- Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service, It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!
- 7or9 does not cover any postage costs, all costs associate with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
