Can I return my product?

7or9 accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

 

How do I make a return?

Send an email support@7or9.com to obtain an RMA Number, quoting your name, order number and reason. Once you have your unique RMA Number, call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

 

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have tags removed?

  1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
  2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  3. Sale items and accessories are final and cannot be returned.

 

When will I get my refunds?

Once we receive your return item, it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. After the return has been proved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account, this can take up to 5 working days.

Please note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Important notice:

  1. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service, It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!
  2. 7or9 does not cover any postage costs, all costs associate with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
