No, you'd better not. If you insist to reject it, we will deduct the freight we sent plus the freight for return, which is very expensive. Therefore, we suggest you receive the package first, and then contact us for return details.

We are currently using US sizing for our footwear. Our shoes fit true to size. If you are between sizes we recommend selecting the next full size up. Can I return my product?
7or9 accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
How do I make a return?
Send an email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA Number, quoting your name, order number and reason. Once you have your unique RMA Number, call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Sale items and accessories are final and cannot be returned.
When will I get my refunds?
Once we receive your return item, it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. After the return has been proved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account, this can take up to 5 working days.
Please note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
